Why we collect it
We use this data to manage Dex waitlist invitations, prioritize pilot fit, and communicate product access updates.
Optional marketing updates are processed only when you explicitly opt in.

You can request access, deletion, rectification, or unsubscribe at any time.

Retention and governance
Dex waitlist records are managed under a manual retention policy with administrative review controls.
